Tutors Work Through Summer with INNterim Children
Our dedicated tutors from the Homeless Education Project through Baltimore County Schools have
made learning an enjoyable and fun-filled experience for our children this summer.
They have been reading the books in our new Children’s Library (beautifully equipped by
members of St. Thomas Church in Garrison Forest) earning points to participate in activities at
which the tutors have planned to end the summer session.

INNterim Families Enjoy Playtime and Summer Trips
Each summer the Baltimore County Homeless Education project provides recreational activities for
the families in shelters and transitional housing. This year, our residents enjoyed swimming at
Milford Mill Pool, trips to the zoo and to Port Discovery and bowling. We’re grateful to Baltimore
County Schools and Carl Love, the Title One Liaison for continuing this program each summer.
