The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Carole B. Baker to
the position of Executive Director. Ms. Baker assumed her duties at INNterim on March 22, 2004.
Carole is a lifelong advocate for women’s and children’s programs. As an

program for female substance abusers and their children. Carole served as
president of the board for that program, Chrysalis House, for four years
after leaving the County Council.
She was employed for 15 years at United Way of Central Maryland in diverse
positions of increasing responsibility. As Director of Regional Development,
she organized the local advisory boards in Baltimore County and other counties.
Most recently she was Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Carole is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University
and of The Leadership program sponsored by the Greater Baltimore Committee.
Please join us in welcoming Carole.

We thank the “Easter Bunnies” for visiting our families at Pikesville and
Owings Mills. The confirmation class of St. Thomas Church of Garrison Forest
held an Easter Egg Hunt in Owings Mills and brought gifts for our children.
Sandy Pagnotti and employees of PW Feats in Baltimore organized Easter Baskets
for mothers and children at both locations. Thanks to all for making it a special time.
