Carole served as president of the board for that program, Chrysalis House, for four years after leaving the County Council.

She was employed for 15 years at United Way of Central Maryland in diverse positions of increasing responsibility. As Director of Regional Development, she organized the local advisory boards in Baltimore County and other counties. Most recently she was Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

We thank the “Easter Bunnies” for visiting our families at Pikesville and Owings Mills. The confirmation class of St. Thomas Church of Garrison Forest held an Easter Egg Hunt in Owings Mills and brought gifts for our children. Sandy Pagnotti and employees of PW Feats in Baltimore organized Easter Baskets for mothers and children at both locations. Thanks to all for making it a special time.
