To provide a supportive and structured residential environment in which homeless
mothers can acquire the skills and resources needed to become self-sufficient.
INNterim is a place where a mother can focus on her personal goals and the issues she needs
to address to become a productive member of the community. Through our services, women
acquire the self-esteem and courage to move forward. They find the strength to live for
themselves and for their children. They regain the hope and confidence they need to be
independent women and nurturing mothers. For them, INNterim is not an end or a beginning.
Rather, we provide important steps in the pathway of life.
That each participant become employed at a living wage, move to permanent housing
and acquire the life skills needed to maintain this self-sufficient status.
